Job description
Prospecting: Identifying and reaching out to potential customers or clients who may be interested in purchasing doors windows products, such as residential and commercial property owners, architects, builders, and contractors.
Sales Presentations: Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, showcasing the features and benefits of the products and how they can meet the customer’s needs.
Negotiation: Negotiating with customers or clients to close sales and finalize deals, including discussing pricing, payment terms, and other terms and conditions.
Relationship Engagement: Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business, and promoting customer loyalty through regular follow-ups and post-sales support.
Sales Reporting: Tracking and reporting on sales performance and metrics, including sales forecasts, pipeline management, and other key performance indicators.
Market Research: Conducting research on the market, competition, and industry trends to identify opportunities, stay up-to-date on market developments, and inform product development and sales strategies.
Job Requirements
At least 2 years of working sales experience.
Should have strong interpersonal skills
Should be highly motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
Good discipline & work attitude. Team player & willing to learn new things
Able to possess own transport.

Job Description
Install aluminium doors, windows, and related products according to specifications and safety standards.
Carry out on-site measurements, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting during installation.
Perform maintenance, repair, and after-sales support services for completed projects.
Ensure proper handling, transportation, and usage of tools and materials.
Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Attend to customer inquiries and provide technical support when required.
Maintain proper documentation of installation work, service reports, and site updates.
Ensure cleanliness and safety at work sites at all times.
Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
At least 1–2 years of experience in aluminium door/window installation or related field (fresh candidates are encouraged to apply).
Basic knowledge of tools, installation techniques, and site work.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Physically fit and willing to work on-site.
Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites.
Responsible, hardworking, and good attitude.

Job description
Manage daily accounting functions for companies.
Manage financial planning, budgetary planning, cash flow planning, treasury and control functions, SST reporting.
Responsible for proper treatment and compliance of all accounting transactions and policies.
Perform month-end financial reporting process to ensure accurate reporting to management.
Dealing with internal and external parties on operational matters, financial requirements, statutory reporting needs, taxation, and audit.
Able to handle full set of accounts including account payable and account receivable in order to ensure complete.
Review creditor aging & closely follow up on overdue payment.
Plan and organize day to day accounting operation
Monitor the company fund and ensure sufficient funds available to meet the payment obligations.
Review SST, and corporate taxation.
Liaise with the operation, support personnel, and external parties (eg. Auditor, LHDN, Agent, lawyer and etc.) to resolve problems/queries which arise.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
2+ years of experience in accounting or related field.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience with accounting software such as SQL Accounting software preferred.
Able to possess own transport.
